Your account and security

Passwords, devices, exporting and deleting.

Go to Settings › Your account (also in the menu under your name).

  • Forgot your password? Use the link on the log-in page. Reset links work once, for one hour.
  • Change your email: we send a link to the new address; it takes over once you click it.
  • Sign out of all other devices: handy after losing a phone or using a shared computer.
  • Too many wrong passwords pauses log-ins to that account for 15 minutes, to stop guessing.
  • Export all data (owners and admins): a zip with a spreadsheet for each kind of record plus every attached file.
  • Delete the workspace (owner): permanently deletes everything and cancels the plan. Download an export first.

Two-step sign-in

Add a second step to signing in: after your password, you enter a 6-digit code from an authenticator app on your phone (Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, 1Password, Authy and others all work). Someone who learns your password still can't get in.

  1. Go to Settings › Your account › Two-step sign-in and choose Set up.
  2. Scan the QR code with your app (or type the key shown).
  3. Enter the code the app shows, then save your 10 recovery codes somewhere safe, such as a password manager. Each works once if you lose your phone.

Admins can require it for everyone in Settings › Users & permissions: people without it are asked to set it up before they can do anything else. If someone loses their phone and their recovery codes, an admin can reset it for them from the same page; they're signed out and set it up again.

Too many wrong codes pause sign-in for 15 minutes. The mobile app and API sign-in ask for the code too.

Verifying your email address

Some things send email from ZyfrHub on your behalf: inviting teammates and sending email marketing broadcasts. To protect everyone's deliverability these need a verified email address. Use the link we emailed when you signed up, or the button on the banner at the top of the app to send a new link. During the free trial you can send up to 20 invites a day.

"This workspace is on hold"

Every page your customers see (quotes, sales orders, surveys, booking pages) has a small Report this page link so people can tell us about scams. If a trial workspace is reported by several different people, we put it on hold while we take a look: those pages and your web form are switched off, and nothing is emailed to customers. You and your team can still sign in and your data is untouched. A red banner shows when this has happened. Contact support and we'll sort it out quickly.
