Trial: 14 days of Pro, no card needed. Choose a plan any time from Settings › Plan & billing; you keep everything you've set up.
Pricing is per user per month. Companies in Australia pay in Australian dollars, including GST; companies in New Zealand pay in New Zealand dollars (your country is set in Settings › Company and decides the currency of your first subscription). Annual billing saves about 20%. See Pricing.
Users: everyone in your workspace counts as a user. Adding or removing people adjusts your bill automatically (prorated).
Changing plans: upgrade or downgrade any time. Downgrading never deletes data; features outside your plan simply stop applying.
Invoices and cards: Plan & billing › Cards, invoices and cancelling.
If the trial ends or a plan is cancelled, the workspace becomes read-only. Your data is safe, and choosing a plan restores everything.
