- Roles: the Owner manages billing and can delete the workspace; Admins manage settings and users; Members sell.
- Teams (Pro): group people under a manager. Managers see and coach their team.
- Who sees what (Pro): for opportunities, leads and contacts choose everyone sees everything, members see their team's records or members see only their own. Owners and admins always see everything.
- Removing someone stops their access straight away; their records stay and can be reassigned with bulk actions.
