Go to Settings › Automations (Growth and Pro).
Each automation is When (a trigger, such as an opportunity being won or idle for 14 days), If (optional conditions) and Then (actions such as creating an activity, sending a template email, notifying someone, or updating a field).
- Start from a recipe to save time.
- Run history shows every run, what it did and any error.
- An automation that fails never blocks the change that triggered it.
- Growth includes up to 30 active automations; Pro is unlimited. Pausing is always allowed.
