Pipelines and opportunities · Help

Move an opportunity by dragging it to another stage, or click a stage on the opportunity page.
Won or lost: drag to the Won or Lost zone at the bottom of the board, or use the buttons on the opportunity page.
Next steps: after you complete an activity or move an opportunity, we ask what's next if nothing is planned. Opportunities with nothing planned show a warning.
Stale: an opportunity is flagged when it's been in a stage longer than that stage's limit (Settings › Pipelines).
Required fields (Pro): make fields such as value or close date required before an opportunity can enter a stage. If something's missing, we ask for it when the opportunity is moved.
Several pipelines: Starter includes 2; Growth and Pro are unlimited.
